Snow forces closure of A760 between Largs and Kilbirnie

Just when we though spring was on the way - it's snowing again, so badly that the road to Largs is closed!

According to BBC Travel News, the A760 Largs Road was still closed at 13:55 on Thursday due to snow between Geirston Road and A78 Irvine Road in Kilbirnie.

Were you affected by the hazardous travel conditions or the closed road? There's nothing like a good snow picture - if you had your camera (or better still your video camera) out this morning, why not show everyone what you saw?

We could always ski into Largs right down the Hailey Brae from now on , then we might able to win a gold medal at the next Winter Olympics !
