The Sew 'n' Sews of Kilbirnie Ayrshire, shall be having an exhibition
of quilting and related stitchcraft at Dalgarven Mill, (KA13 6PL) which
houses the Museum of Rural Life and Costume, situated on the Kilwinning
road just south of Dalry. There are disabled facilities and a cosy
coffee room providing light lunches and afternoon goodies. There is a
nominal charge for entry to the museum display itself and accompanying
gentlemen will find much to interest them,in the way of working mill
machinery for example. The exhibition will be open from the 9th of
November 2010,  to the end of Jan 2011, but is closed on Mondays and
also from Christmas Eve to 6th Jan 2011. For further details please
