Did Glasgow 2014 partly copy GVFM's logo?

Just watched an item on the new Glasgow games logo. Looks a lot like our local radio station logo at GVFM.
Have a look at www.garnockvalley.com. The Glasgow logo has the same 'three colour arc', only the colours have been reversed! Have Glasgow 2014 partly copied our logo?
By the way, we have received funding for another broadcast.
Note:
GVFM recently received a £5,652 grant from the National Lottery's small grants scheme, Awards for All.
The station will broadcast two 28 day RSL FM radio broadcasts in 2010, produce a series of podcasts and a CD about local history. This grant will fund the Ofcom license fee, Broadcasting Act license fee, wireless telegraphy act fee, PRS music license, PPL, MCPS, a microwave link and an audio editing laptop.
The station will be back on air in June 2010 to broadcast a mix of local news, chat and music. Garnock Valley FM are working towards their next month long broadcast - and they need you!
Garnock Valley FM is a volunteer-led project with volunteers from across Beith, Dalry, Kilbirnie and surrounding areas.
We are looking for volunteer presenters to broadcast music-based or chat-based programmes to the Garnock Valley.
You don't need any experience, full training is provided but you'll need to be able to spare a few hours every week to help get involved in running the station before we go "on-air".
If presenting isn't for you we are always looking for people to help in every aspect of the radio station from fund-raising and marketing to answering the phones and making tea for guests!
The station has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere - so why not try something different?
