Business opportunity at Radio City for Cafe and Conference Catering

Radio City is looking for someone to lease the cafe and catering facilities in the building:

Radio City, a converted art deco cinema, occupies a prime site location in the centre of Kilbirnie. Refurbished in 2004 as a community Healthy Living Centre, Radio City is open 7 days per week with an average of 3,500 users per month.

The cafe is located in the front reception area with 48 covers, a fully equipped kitchen, self service counter and hotplate. Space is available outside for additional seating during the summer.

Benefiting from an established cafe customer base the operator of the cafe would have exclusive rights to the provision of catering throughout the facility.

It should never have been built in the first place...........when it first opened under the heading "Healthy Eating Cafe" serving up chips cream cakes etc. putting other businesses similar out of business.

Local councilers who backed this idea, even when it was making a HUGE loss should hang your heads in shame.

Maybe Cllr John Bell would be interested as he backed it to the end.......sad!!!!!
