STOP THE HUNTERSTON LORRIES NOW

Just wondering how many of you are fed up with the volume of traffic going through Kilbirnie going to wi think it's time the people of Kilbirnie do what they did in West Kilbride get these lorries off our roads they're destroying them. Anyone agree?

I have tried talking to the NAC but they are not interested they asked me to get in touch with Hunterstone coal terminal but they never replied. YES I WOULD LIKE TO STOP THE COAL LORRIES.

Wasn't aware there was that many lorries going through Kilbirnie to Hunterston. DBS are about to increase the coal flow by rail from 4 to 6 trains per day on one of the routes don't know if this will alleviate the problem with the trucks.

I'm more concerned about the amount of NAC transport to'ing and fro'ing from their depot off the Paddockholm industrial estate. Which will increase even more when their new depot kicks in. You can apply for a council tax reduction if the volume of traffic increases. But NAC will knock it back.
