longbar karate club is held in longbar community centre thursday nights junior classes age 5-7 18:30-19:30 senior classes 19:40-21:00.

trained by sandy kerr 5th dan who has over 30 years experience.

£2 a session

come along join in all new members welcome.

Started back training after 15 years and really enjoyed, also my son can learn as well, so it's something we can do together. Would recommend it to anyone.

My son David is 6 years old and started karate at the Longbar in November 2008. He loves going and it keeps him fit and he's not in front of the TV all night.
It's great fun so come along and find out for yourself.
