Permit nights will be held in the Garnock Labour Club from 7pm - 9pm on Friday's 25/2/11, 4/3/11 & 11/3/11.

who has the fishing rights for the loch and how do i get a permit for boat fishing .

i have my own boat that i use in loch lomand but would like to fish a new water .

James, RT cycles in Glengarnock can do you a day ticket and boat hire or you have to contact the angling club as they hold the fishing rights and you wont be able to use your own boat without permission from both the angling club and the kilbirnie Loch Management Group who strictly control the numbers of boats allowed onto the loch,if you want further information on permits etc go to RT cycles in Glengarnock and they will be able to tell you who to talk to ok.
